My career began with social media marketing. At ZooShoo, I was in charge of creating captions for all Instagram posts for ZooShoo and its sub-brands, J. Adams Shoes and Zooji. I simultaneously worked as a copywriter for Teleport Shoes, and one of my primary roles was to write all social copy for the brand & to edit and refresh any existing copy.
At Fashion Nova, I was in charge of writing social media copy for @fashionnovacurve, @fashionnovamen, @mavenbeauty, and assisting with @fashionnova and @novakids, all of which have subtle copy variances between accounts. Below, you will see an array of my high-performing posts from the aforementioned brands. I also worked on several successful IGTVs for Fashion Nova, which the analytics for you will see below.
The opportunity to work with the Maven Beauty team during my time at Fashion Nova was invaluable. I wrote the social captions for the launch of the brand in late 2020, which I made sure to cater to both advanced makeup users and to people just dipping their toes into beauty.
